I was particularly impressed with the speed at which my order was processed, and delivered. The chain is just about long enough to pass (with care) over my head, which makes it easy to remove it at night, and pop it back on in the morning. Also, the pendant is a good weight; I thought, perhaps, that it might rattle about like dog tags.
