- Engraving
The size and layout of your engraving will be done based on the text left by the buyer during the ordering process. We may optimise your text layout dependant on the item or text required. Any adjustments made will be done to make the finished product look as good as it can. Any specific requirements regarding layout of text which cannot be express with the visualiser software, please contact us prior to your purchase. In the event of an engraving typographical error on our behalf, items will be replaced immediately on evidence of the error, we may require the item to be returned in which case we will supply a pre-paid label. It is important to ensure engraving instructions are left accurately as any errors made on your behalf may not be replaced. - Payment & Prices
The prices for the goods displayed for sale, are expressed in UK pounds and are inclusive of VAT. For delivery to the USA and Europe delivery will be charged in addition, and any such charges will be displayed upon checkout. We cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full. Upon payment, we will confirm acceptance of your order via email which will be sent to the email address you provide on your order details. The acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion. Payment can be made using our payment processor during check out procedure, we also accept Paypal. -

- Your Right To Cancel Your Order
If you are not pleased with your order, you have up to 30 days to ask for a refund. Items that have been personalised are exempt from cancellation. - Returns and Refund Policy
Our products are truly personal and bespoke and as such we do not provide a direct refunds/returns policy. We will however, always work with you to try and resolve any issues as swiftly as we can.
Damaged goods will always be replaced on request, Please just contact us with your query and we will always do our best to help.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges). - Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them.
