I was grateful to the company that they were still operating under the covid-19 lockdown.
I needed a memento to mark my Grandson’s 18th Birthday.
The quality of the product was excellent and value for money. My only criticism is the engraving was very faint you had to twist it to get light to show the inscription, I expected it to have more depth. The picture on the website makes you feel it is engraved deeper into the object. Not as clear as the picture on the website but that’s a small sacrifice to make to be able to mark his birthday.
